Welcome to Our Caregivers Library

The National Caregivers Library is one of the most extensive online libraries for caregivers that exists today.

Hundreds of articles, forms, checklists and links to topic-specific external resources, are organized into logical  categories that appear on the left side of each page. Click any category for a list of sub-categories. These lead to lists of articles and other resources. Simply continue “drilling down” until you find what you need.

Go to “Free Tools“ for fast and free access to several of the most popular articles, reports and tools in the library.

As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, I am very aware of the special needs and life-changing decisions facing caregivers and those for whom they are caring.  Not only will you find many helpful resources on this site, but I can also help you assess the various options available for your loved one when it comes to their housing needs.  Life changes can be scary, especially when dramatic transitions are involved.  For more information on my areas of expertise and the services I offer, please visit “About Us”.

And, be sure to use “Contact Us“ to let me know that you visited and if you found the Library to be a helpful resource.  Your feedback is appreciated.

Warm regards,

Cynthia Hash, Realtor

Buying or selling a home can be a daunting task for anyone. Not only is it one of the largest financial transactions in a person's life, it can be difficult emotionally for a senior who is moving from his or her home or for caregivers who must sell their own “childhood” home on behalf of their parents.

The FamilyCare Real Estate Section provides unbiased information concerning the legal, financial, logistical and emotional aspects of family real estate and housing and helps you protect one of your most valuable and treasured assets.

Supporting working caregivers is smart business

Caregiving directly affects corporate earnings through its impact on employee job performance, time lost from work and the ability to stay on the job.  Yet, given the average age of the majority of working caregivers, these workers may also be some of your most experienced and loyal employees. So, what can you do to help them – while helping the organization?
